Filters

Beyond the quick tabs, you can filter threads using advanced conditions to narrow down exactly what you're looking for.

Available filters

• Campaign — Show threads linked to a specific campaign, or filter for unlinked emails only
• Status — Filter by influencer status (e.g., only show "Negotiating" or "Interested" threads)
• Assignee — Filter by which team member is assigned (visible only in shared workspaces)

Combining filters

You can stack multiple filter conditions together. For example:

• Campaign is "Summer 2026" AND Status is "Interested"
• Assignee is "Jane" AND Campaign is "Holiday Campaign"

Click the filter button in the top-right to open the filter builder, and add as many conditions as you need.
