Campaign overview

Last updated May 11, 2026

Campaigns are how you organize influencer partnerships in Bondr. Each campaign contains a spreadsheet-style table of influencers with customizable columns.

Use Guides in the campaign header to create campaign briefs, content requirements, upload checklists, and other documents that can be shared with external partners. See Campaign guides for details.

System and custom columns

Campaigns use two kinds of columns:

  • Campaign-list system columns — Name, Status, Platform, Currency, Start Date, End Date, Budget, and Note describe the campaign itself. Platform can include multiple platforms when one campaign runs across channels.
  • Influencer-table system columns — Name, Email, Status, Fee, Profile URL, and Assignee describe each influencer and power inbox linking, Kanban grouping, enrichment, and team ownership.

System columns are part of Bondr's default structure, so they cannot be deleted, renamed, or changed to another type. You can edit cell values, and option-based system columns such as Status and Platform can have their options adjusted to fit your workflow. Platform supports selecting more than one value for campaigns that span multiple channels. In tables, system column headers use a darker gray background than custom columns.

The campaign list shows system columns for managing the campaign itself, distinguished by darker gray headers.
Campaign detail influencer table showing influencer-level system columns
The campaign detail table shows influencer-level system columns used for linking, status tracking, and enrichment with darker gray headers.

Create custom columns (text, number, date, dropdown, and more) for campaign-specific tracking. Custom columns are more flexible: you can rename them, change their type, or delete them when they are no longer needed.

Views

Bondr offers two ways to view your campaign data:

  • Grid view — Spreadsheet-style table with sorting and filtering
  • Kanban view — Visual board organized by status columns
