Campaign guides

Last updated May 11, 2026

Guides are campaign-specific documents for briefs, content requirements, upload checklists, payment instructions, and other details that creators or teammates need to reference.

Create a guide

  1. Open a campaign
  2. Click Guides in the top-right corner
  3. Click New Guide
  4. Add a title and write the guide content

The Guides button shows how many guides are saved in the current campaign. Guides that are currently shared are marked in the list, and guides that are no longer needed can be deleted from the same menu.

Edit guide content

The guide editor supports the blocks you need for campaign instructions. Type / on an empty line to insert headings, bullet lists, numbered lists, quotes, callouts, dividers, images, and text alignment commands.

Select text to apply formatting such as bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, links, text color, and highlight color. Changes save automatically, and the save status appears next to the guide title.

Add images

You can add images directly to a guide:

  • Choose Image from the / command menu
  • Drag and drop an image into the editor
  • Paste an image from your clipboard

Supported formats are JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP. Each image can be up to 5MB.

Manage sharing

Use the link button in the top-right corner of the guide editor to manage sharing.

  • Enable sharing — Allows anyone with the link to view the guide
  • Copy link — Copies the URL you can send to creators or external partners
  • Expiration — Set the link to expire in 1, 7, or 30 days, or keep it active indefinitely
  • Regenerate link — Invalidates the existing link and creates a new one

When sharing is enabled, anyone with the link can view the guide. Do not include internal cost notes, personal information, or unconfirmed terms that should not be shared externally.

Common use cases

  • Campaign brief and key message
  • Content format, required hashtags, and accounts to tag
  • Restricted phrases, brand safety rules, and revision standards
  • Content submission, review, and publish dates
  • Payment documents and submission instructions
