By using Bondr, you agree to these terms. If you're using it for a company, you confirm you can agree on their behalf.
What Bondr Does
Bondr is a tool for influencer marketing teams. It helps you:
- •Manage influencer campaigns and relationships
- •Send and receive emails through Gmail
- •Collaborate with your team in shared workspaces
- •Create email templates and schedule messages
Your Account
Sign-In
You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure—you're responsible for all activity on your Bondr account.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use Bondr.
Payment
Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider. By subscribing, you also agree to their terms.
- •Billed monthly or yearly, in advance
- •Auto-renews unless you cancel before renewal
- •Prices may change with notice
- •Fees are non-refundable
- •Taxes handled by Paddle based on your location
Gmail Integration
When you connect Gmail, you allow us to:
- ✓Display your emails in Bondr
- ✓Send emails on your behalf
- ✓Read email content and metadata
We follow Google's API policies. You can revoke access anytime in your Google Account settings.
Rules
Use Bondr for legitimate business purposes. Don't:
- ✕Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
- ✕Use misleading sender info or subject lines
- ✕Collect emails without consent
- ✕Upload malware or harmful code
- ✕Try to hack our systems or other accounts
- ✕Use Bondr for anything illegal
- ✕Resell or redistribute the service
Email Rules
When sending emails through Bondr:
- •Get consent from recipients first
- •Use accurate sender information
- •Honor opt-out requests promptly
- •Follow applicable anti-spam laws
Your Content
You own everything you create in Bondr—campaigns, contacts, templates, etc. You give us permission to store and process this data to provide the service. You're responsible for making sure your content doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
Workspaces
If you create a workspace, you're responsible for managing members, billing, and ensuring everyone follows these terms. In shared email mode, all members can see connected email accounts.
Our Stuff
Bondr, Minaricrew, and our logos are our trademarks. The service itself—code, design, features—belongs to us. Don't copy or reverse-engineer it.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with Google (Gmail) and Paddle (payments). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those features. We're not responsible for how they operate.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee the service will always be available. We might have downtime for maintenance or updates. We can modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Disclaimers
Bondr is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee it will meet your needs, work without errors, or be available at all times. Use at your own risk.
Liability Limits
We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to protect us from any claims arising from your use of Bondr, your content, or emails you send through the service.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime. Your subscription stays active until the billing period ends.
- We can terminate your account if you break these terms, engage in abuse, or if required by law.
- After termination, you have 30 days to request a data export.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll post changes here and email you about significant ones. Continuing to use Bondr means you accept the new terms.
Disputes
If there's a dispute, let's try to resolve it through good-faith discussion first. These terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws.
AI Features
If you use AI features (summaries, drafts), know that AI isn't perfect. Always review AI-generated content before sending. AI usage has limits based on your plan.
